huh? Not sure you are referring to what I said, but read carefully.
The point to be made is that some people have not been the most reliable of resources when it comes to speed tests and I can relate to Jack's initial skepticism. My comparison was based on overclocking speed, where-as the subject here is actually internet transmission speeds.

I think it is clear that REVA is indeed speeding things up on the Mogul....just look at my picture for PROOF! lol

In all seriousness though, I really do think it is helping those that live in REVA capable areas.

Re: Here's The Titan 3.27 Radio .....

ok, i'm confused. I installed the 3.27 radio and i don't get the no radio error. My phone acts normally? When i check to see my radio version, its blank under the device options screen. Maybe i goofed it?

The no radio shows up when you first boot the device and see the various version number in red at the bottom.

AHA!!! ok, now i see it. Thanks for the info dew.man =D>

Radio seems to be working fine, even though i know that it does nothing special at this point. Hopefully someone discovers the "missing link" to unlock the GPS and the Rev A.

Everyone knows that Sprint is ran by the devil. Don't you know they changed 666 to be #2 to fool unsuspecting newbies.

Seriously, just try speaking with someone in #2 and you'll have all the proof you need.

Re: Here's The Titan 3.27 Radio .....

last post on this was feb 23rd.. (I actually missed this thread when I incorrectly opened a new one on this subject )

Any progress? Has the combination of drivers from the Mogul and radio from this been tried for enabling the GPS? We know that the radio by itself doesn't, but what about with the pulled drivers/dll's from the Mogul?

Thanks,
-mark

Re: Here's The Titan 3.27 Radio .....

I think the missing key to GPS is the actual bootloader itself. Having drivers and new radio help but I think the new bootloader must unlock and boot up the GPS part, I think.

now you are right the drivers (files in the ROM itself) are whats missing. the radio is separate from the rom parts. two different things if you wanna think of it like that. the radio is the code for the cellular part, and the rom is the code for the operationg system and phone operations.
"the drivers (files in the ROM itself)" do you mean the files in the OS ROM? If so then it's not what we are missing because somebody did extracted the GPS driver from Titan, and I did try to incorporate that into my kitchen with all registry needed. Cooked it and the GPS settings shows COM4 and everything. But the thing is when I go into google maps, it doesn't recognize the GPS at all. I rember reading somewhere that somebody said even with Radio and drivers in ROM, without the new bootloader it won't work. Also they said that the new bootloader is somewhat difficult to port over from Titan to Vogue.

If the case you stated holds true, then CokeMan and others already figured that out by now.
