The dl speed won't be as easy to tell if it's rev. A as the ul speed would be. That's why someone earlier in the thread suggested tethering and seeing what the ul speed is. I'll be trying that when I get home tonight. I'm dying to get rev. A and gps working.

Isn't Rev A supposed to enable data & voice at the same time? I think a good test to see if Rev A is active would be to download a file with IE and while it's downloading, try to call your phone. If the call goes through, then Rev A is active otherwise it goes to the voicemail or your download fails

I didn't notice any speed improvement or signal improvement.
A simple text speed test loading a 340,781 byte file from Host Rocket server. Before averaged 12.963 seconds After flash, I averaged 12.445 seconds I tested 5 times each... For Signal using FieldTrial.exe no real change in these readings: RxPower range -89dbm to -97dbm Rx Ec/Io 63 db (no change) Anyword on that original Touch Radio?

I'm guessing I can reload the RUU_Vogue_SPRINT_WWE_1.12.651.1_2.13.00_SPC_NV133_ Ship.exe from the FTP and it will restore the radio.
I'll let ya know in the morning. Got to flash the above then flash your new rom. I'm certain the above will restore the original radio...Keep up the good work! |
