What to do about a Dead Pixel?

After reading about my pixel issue., I think I just have a "stuck" pixel.
Mine glows brighter than the rest of the screen.

I had a stuck blue pixel on my Touch that I got today. On a black screen it was really noticeable.

I used the program synaptyc posted - I told it not to turn off the screen on external power, plugged it in, turned the brightness all the way up, dragged the flashing box over the pixel, and let it work its magic. About 45 minutes later I moved the box and it looks to be fixed!

so i have a stuck pixel, i dont feel like dealing with it (necromancy i know, but why start a new thread?). i was curious if this is a common problem with the vogue? this would make the second one that ive had in less than a month that has a problem with the screen in some way.

This is the first I've ever heard of 'stuck' or 'dead' pixels on the Touch, but as in general screen problems, yes, it has it's fair share of problems.
