I suspect it is related to different java versions. I have used 2 different versions where one exhibited the behaviour and the other didn't (I didn't note which was which though <g>).

Re: Jumpy D-Pad Behavior in Opera Mini and Picsel Browsers?

well it seems like this is happening to more people than I thought. Now the fix I wish we could get this resolved. I am really thinking about going to get a mogul. This is a big issue for me because I use opera mini all the time so it can get real bad

Heh, the Vogue d-pad is 100x better than the mogul, so I would never go back to that thing...

Re: Jumpy D-Pad Behavior in Opera Mini and Picsel Browsers?

Just wanted to bump this thread back up to see if there are any updates from anyone on how to resolve this...

I've noticed it happens in games too, and it's one of my only gripes of this phone.

Re: Jumpy D-Pad Behavior in Opera Mini and Picsel Browsers?

I have also noticed this problem. I have tried different midlet managers, with the same result. This problem is also shown outside of midlet managers. Especially in gaming. I was wondering if everyone with a vogue has this problem?
