Here they are. I use them in conjuction with the large start menu, not sure if they work standalone or not.

Still trying to locate "settings link"
When I set that up, it opens a dialog with the programs folder, but that folder is empty :/

Derek-
The HTCPrograms link works perfect, but the Settings one opens and the tabs at the bottom are replaced by a series of boxes. :/ I doubt anyone has a fix for this, but I figured I'd let you know. Thanks for the help.

Yeah, I got that while I was working on the Large Start Menu OEM.

The large Start Menu calls these 2 apps to open the respective folders.

I can try to make a .CAB for the large start menu program. You can install that and if you don't want the to use the large start menu, you can turn it off in the settings.

Or you can use my latest ROM, it has the large start menu already working.

The Large Start Menu requires more than these two files. There are a few more files and a service that needs to be installed.

I will work on a CAB for it tonight after the family goes to bed.

Soft reset, still no good. Gonna try leaving it off for a few mins and see if that works.

Edit: Nope, still no dice.

CAB File

Here is a CAB I made. It was quick and dirty and I didn't have a chance to test it out. It should install all the components for the large start menu.

I would install it and then do a soft reset. If you don't want to use the Large Start Menu, just disable from the control panel, you should still be able to use the HTCSettings and HTCPrograms files.
