Is there an exe file that will open the Programs dialog? And likewise for Settings? I dislike the Start Menu and I'm trying to setup all important things as shortcuts (my Today plugin can open .lnk or .exe) Thanks.

I believe HTCSettings.exe and HTCPrograms.exe will open the respective apps.

are these programs located in \Windows\ directory? I have hidden files shown and I still can't find it. I'm using noCHEM's clean 6.1 ROM and have been trying to get EnableLargeMenu to work but I have a feeling it's not in the ROM (which is why Enable Large Menu doesn't work for me). Can you guys zip up those two files and attach it?

The large Start Menu is not in No2Chem's ROM.

Edit: Yes, the programs would be in the \windows directory normally.

Just to add, you can also open any folder you want in File Explorer by making a shortcut with

Path = \Windows\fexplore.exe
Param = \*Whatever folder you want*

I did this several times with the Minimal Cube. I have buttons that open the My Documents folder, the SD Card, and the Games folder.

Okay, got a hold of those two files but Enable Large Menu is still not working... hmmm..

I created a ROM today. It has the HTC Album and Large Menu added to it.

I will upload to the FTP folder in a bit and write a note once it is done.

It has HTC Home, Keyboard, and Streaming media player as well.
