I have two IMAP accounts on my phone and I've deleted them before.

Check these values:

HKLM>Software>Microsoft>Inbox>Svc

IMAP4:
DLL - mailtrns.dll
Name - IMAP4
Port - 143

MsgClasses:
IPM.Note - 1

Also check HKEY_CURRENT_USER>System>State>Messages
That's mainly for displaying how many messages, but there may be something there, too.
Other than that I don't think there are any more reg. entries. Could be wrong, though.

Not going crazy

Dude,
You're not going crazy. I'm having the same problem. I installed an imap Gmail account and then deleted it to try the Sprint Mobile E-mail setup for Gmail (because it is push mail) and the Sprint Mobile E-mail named it Gmail1, presumably because the imap account never really deleted. I am going nuts, because now I can't get the Sprint Mobile Email account to register properly with the server. I have looked in the registry, but I am finding nothing. I will let you know if I figure it out.
Cheers,
DJ

I have this prob as well...for a month or so. Tried everything...doesn't seem to cause me any trouble other than an extra screen to page thru it when I slide left or right in Messaging.
