well, Program wise its impossible... The Vogue (sprint CDMA touch) does not have a FM receiver at all...
Now as for some kind of piece of hardware, Ya never know, they may make a Bluetooth FM receiver... but thats going to cost as much as a cheap armband FM radio...

I would recommend finding out if your radio station of choice streams online. I regularly listen to shoutcast stations and other streaming radio on my Mogul and I know the Touch has the same capability. Another alternative is to set up your own streaming server at home or use something like Orb to stream your own home media to your device. As long as you have a decent signal you can stream CD-quality media and even in a 1x area, you can usually play streams under 128k without buffering.

when i was on a BB, there were several programs like RadioBee and FMmediaplayer. They may work on the Touch in a java environment. All they do is play internet streamed radio (FMmediaplay was a russian project and that's very interesting to listen to) There's a list of stations on their site and everything. You'd be surprised by how many police/fire scanners are available online for cities.
Anyone know of a WM6 native app for streaming audio? preferably free, I'm cheap |

I use the stream center, www.thestreamcenter.com/pda bookmarked in my browser.
it streams radio stations through WMP or TCPMP for free, just uses data. Verizon XV6800 if it matters. |
