Here's what some people have done to help the standby issue (at least with the Sprint ROM):

- Go to Settings > Personal > Today > Items tab > uncheck Today Timeout

...If you use S2U2, try these settings:
- Turn on "but blank screen only"
- Turn on "don't suspend power"
- Turn OFF DirectDraw

Had my Alltel version for a week now......cant seem to find a screen lock....i keep opening up programs whle on a call.......second i need more than 9 speed numbers from the cube---is there a way of doing this??? the "contact" list is garbage on this thing...but dang the cube is a quick/easy dial

I have not messed with the cube, but I wonder if the cube config tool floating around here would help?? I hated the contact list when I started, now I kind of like it. I don't use the flick to scroll feature much, its a little gimicky, but if you run your thumb up and down the right side alphabet, you can get to your contacts much more quickly. It grew on me.

Is the Alltel Touch really thinner than the Sprint version?
