Why not just make yourself a list of what to do to restore the phone, OR set it up, and do a backup before any personal data is on... then your set for a while...
and as a few have said, they do it the web way to eliminate writing 50 diff apps... like sanyo os, wm, bb, palm, samsung os and so on...
