I had mms on every camera phone I ever owned until I came to Sprint. At first I thought the same thing....what a pack of idiots that they can't even get real mms to work on their high end phones. Even T-Mobile could manage that with their day-late-dollar-short VIC-20 technology. But when I thought about it for a couple seconds, receiving a picture message with Sprint isn't any better or worse, it's just different. Sending is another story. I don't do hacks because 9 months after I get bored with the phone and it hard resets, I'm not going to remember all that crap...which of the 30 mms cabs is the one that actually works correctly and so on...so I have to try to remember how to send picture mail. Is it sprint.com? messaging.sprintpcs.com? What's that guy's phone number again? He's on Sprint, right? No? Ok...what's the T-Mobile phone address? It's retarded. Sprint is a phone company...of sorts...they should be able to figure out the @... part and append it if you only specify a phone number.

Why not just make yourself a list of what to do to restore the phone, OR set it up, and do a backup before any personal data is on... then your set for a while...

and as a few have said, they do it the web way to eliminate writing 50 diff apps... like sanyo os, wm, bb, palm, samsung os and so on...
