My Touch is Heating Up.
Is anyone else having an issue with this phone generating heat? At work this phone is roaming and it kills the battery life, but is it also supposed to generate heat.

Mine only gets hot when actively using it.
Not sure but I think I've heard that while roaming your phone is using extra power looking for home network, but like I said that's just something I remember reading and may be completely false. If I were you I would go into the start settings phone and set it to roam only when I was at work in roaming areas and see if it makes any difference at all. |

My phone only heats up when I use its data connection to download large files (70+ MB). Other than that, I've never experienced it generating heat.

if it's going in and out of roaming it will seep battery life much quicker, but it shouldnt be getting much hotter.
I'd check the battery |

try closing out every running program... plus it also depends on what programs you've all got running and how many of these programs that also have it's toll on battery life.
