How to export contacts from mail2web to phone?

I feel retarded but I can't seem to figure out how to set up my mail2web account with my touch. I actually set up the mail2web account specifically just to store my contacts for my phone.

I can only do one activesync account on the phone and that's for my work email and when I try to do it with just "add a new email account" it won't login so I can update on my phone.

Any ideas? I know a few of you guys use mail2web for your contacts management.
