Mail, text messaging stopped working! HELP!

For some reason all of my messaging stopped working. I can't send/receive text messages and I can't open messaging to open outlook or any of my email accounts.

I think it may be related to some startup shortcuts missing? Does anyone have a list of what is in the startup menu that I might be missing?

All I have are:

MemMaidTweaks.lnk
poutlook.lnk
SIPChange.lnk
iLock2.lnk
MemMaid.lnk
