Open PHM RegEdit

Go to the folder

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Software>HTC>Biotouch>APLaunche r

Select App4 in that folder

Tap on the value "Path" in the lower window

Change the last three letters of Value Data to lnk (LNK) instead of exe

Soft reset.

Keep me updated!

Thanks for the input. It did not work for me. I don't know what the problem was. I uninstalled and then installed version 1.10 and now it works fine.

Yeah, I figured out the problem later on that night and fixed it version 1.01, then released 1.10, so it works now. Thank you for your input!

Version 1.01 is up. This fixes the bug where the File Explorer button would not work. you will find it attached to post #4.

You might check this thread at xda. Kona_Mtbkr has been hard at work getting the Touch Cube to work on non-Cube devices, and he seems to be close to putting out version 1.1 which uses the Sprint files.

Version 1.10 is now up on post #4 HERE . This includes the previous bug fixes, plus adds the ability to change your icons on the 4th side through registry edits. This also allows the icon "blink animation" on the fourth side. BIG thanks to Kona_Mtbkr for making this possible! No un-install needed before installing this version

Not to be too needy, but can someone post up an an Active Sync CF and Active Sync CF HL icon? I'd like to replace one of the ipod icons.

As far as Money not working... I installed it and it would load up and some of the functions worked, but not all of them... such as tapping and holding on a line item to get the edit menu. I ended up un-installing it.

Also.. I'm getting an activesync "error" I get an unresolved item and it says that B2.brn can't be synced because it's either read only or I'm out of memory. I know I'm not out of memory.

just installed v1.10 and it's great. some of the links seem to be broken though. namely microsoft excel, word and live search. i haven't had time to play with all the buttons yet, but those are the ones i came across. i haven't done much in the way of mods to my touch thus far, so i can't think of a reason that the issue is specific to my phone...

is there a relatively easy way that i can redirect the links to the appropriate files?

I updated to 1.10 and all 3 of the links mentioned above worked fine for me. Not sure why you are having problems with them. Once the configuration tool is released, the buttons will become configurable. I'm not sure if you can go into the registry and change them, but it is likely. I just don't know how to do it.
