Open PHM RegEdit

Go to the folder

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Software>HTC>Biotouch>APLaunche r

Select App4 in that folder

Tap on the value "Path" in the lower window

Change the last three letters of Value Data to lnk (LNK) instead of exe

Soft reset.
