they did just put out that new thing where you can change your plan at any time without extending your contract. and the sero plan is....a plan. so i dont see why they would allow you to do it. just go up to a sprint store and get someones business card with their email address on it.

There are just different levels of access and after a certain MB of downloads you are charged. I don't think there is any difference between the $10 and the $15 plans. If you are getting more calls than placing them I would switch to incoming plan and save $$$ there...

They won't let you just transfer a regular Sprint plan to SERO if you are under contract and keep your number. If you are under contract they will do it but charge you early termination fees and give you a new number. The trick is to open a new SERO account. Then you port your number from your old Sprint account to a prepaid phone.
After you open your SERO account and it is working you can then port your number back from the prepaid to your new "SERO" account. Since you are under contract, you should just email them and ask for freebies or "perks" rather than going through all the mess.
