I would second that. press harder, threaten to cancel
, try different reps, and ask them if u cant give me SERO, can u price match SERO for me...it worked for me, i got to retain my no. and the rep pricematched SERO for me, plus i retained the TEP of 4$/month v/s the newer 7$/month.
