Well, a very simple solution woudl be to use the Action Screen from the Touch Dual. You can find it here in the forum somewhere.
tangokim, how did you use that line? Did you create a shortcut on your PC or on the phone? And what did you use to create the shortcut?

ok i used
-service "SMS" -to "" -Body "" and that opened a new blank sms
