I have to do that every time I hard reset or get a new phone. It's really friggin irritating. I wonder if it has something to do with my SERO plan. :/

i get the employee discount, does that count as SERO? yeah, it's starting to get annoying since i hard reset quite a bit (i install all sorts of things). what does tech support do for you to get it working?

I'm not sure. They usually have to reset my provisioning.
Last time, they accidentally took EVDO off my account when they activated my Touch, so I had to talk to 5 different stupid techs until someone finally figured that out, then it was fixed. |

Cicatrize - I can't say for sure but I agree it is most likely with Sprint provisioning your phone properly, not to do with the Touch - I had a similar issue with the 6700 (a long time ago) took 4 calls before I found someone who knew enough to look at the right code to get it provisioned properly. Strangeley enough the code was something like EVDO - but who would think of looking there on the screen
