There may be more emails (in fact I think there's an ecare3), but they all go to the same place as far as I can tell.

Ecare3 seems to be the one from the contact us once you are logged into your account and select equipment.

Ecare is the contact us from the sprint.com page

ecare2 seems to deal with other issues once you logon to your account.
