I know this sounds stupid but i've never emailed ecare and couldnt find it on sprint's website. so can someone help me out with this? Also do you use your personal email address or they reply back to your online account.

You can do it two different ways:
1) Go to the website and choose Contact Us 2) Email them directly at ecare@cc.sprintpcs.com or ecare1@cc.sprintpcs.com or ecare2@cc.sprintpcs.com There may be more emails (in fact I think there's an ecare3), but they all go to the same place as far as I can tell.

I'm emailed ecare through contact us, and called and talked to two retention specialists and emailed the CEO. I've heard nothing back!
The retention specialists wouldn't do jack for me... one actually told me all you can do is sell it on ebay and buy a touch. I just returned my 4th phone for my 5th yesterday due to software issues and a separated keyboard |

This thread is hilarious. I am also jumping ship for a touch, ecare offered the swap after i emailed them outlining htc's admission that a fix for the mogul is not coming out til 2008.
If you position your request the right way, they have no choice but to do something for you. Be persistent and direct (a little niceness won't hurt either)! -s
