Anyway, glad to hear that everyone with the Touch seems to be happy with it.

I actually got the store to take it out of the holder thing and let me play with it without the clamps affecting the screen.

WOW is all I have to say. I've NEVER had a phone that light before! I was expecting some heft like the Mogul... but no, not even close. Completely different world!

And TouchFlo rocks. Its super smooth. Hurry up already and get here damn it.

I know this sounds stupid but i've never emailed ecare and couldnt find it on sprint's website. so can someone help me out with this? Also do you use your personal email address or they reply back to your online account.

You can do it two different ways:

1) Go to the website and choose Contact Us

2) Email them directly at ecare@cc.sprintpcs.com or ecare1@cc.sprintpcs.com or ecare2@cc.sprintpcs.com

There may be more emails (in fact I think there's an ecare3), but they all go to the same place as far as I can tell.

I'm emailed ecare through contact us, and called and talked to two retention specialists and emailed the CEO. I've heard nothing back!

The retention specialists wouldn't do jack for me... one actually told me all you can do is sell it on ebay and buy a touch. I just returned my 4th phone for my 5th yesterday due to software issues and a separated keyboard

So you don't think the microwave trick would work either eh???

Keep on going with the replacements. The way you're going sprint will soon run out of their stock of moguls and start replacing them with the less expensive Touch.

This thread is hilarious. I am also jumping ship for a touch, ecare offered the swap after i emailed them outlining htc's admission that a fix for the mogul is not coming out til 2008.

If you position your request the right way, they have no choice but to do something for you. Be persistent and direct (a little niceness won't hurt either)!
