notice on my mogul, touch coming later this week, that saturday sprint tv added an icon when it first open, that says sprint tv en vivo, and today another one that says more channels. has anyone else seen this

I see the En Vivo and yesterday I saw the More channels, but now only see SprintTV and SprintTV En Vivo. When I get my Touch and it prvisioned correctly I should see the More Channel, because I have SprintTV Premium in my Ultimate Pack. We will see.

Currently my En Vivo is the same as SprintTV, but I had to download the cache file manually, so that could be why.

Yea, I got it the more channels function today after my sound stopped working and a hard reset and then the 1005 cab loaded (spint tv dosen't work on my phone after H/R without the cab. so thank to the community!)

I called the tech dept. today, my account is flagged for a fix and they told me a 51 hours timeline to fix, I spelled it out to them for all our behalf, seems like they got the message- that the release may have been premature with this program being patched onto your phone or whatever for a "figure out and fix later". I'll be waiting...

Both my sero'ed phones have unlimited sprint vision access and when I originally got my touch It had alot of the channels (not sure how many, but speed, mtv, discovery where there) until the prog. took a dump. My second touch never worked, then I just loaded the cab (with limited channels) and called them. I made sure I verified that I did indeed have unlimited sprint access on sero with the rep! even though my bill doesn't state that on both lines (only one) or even my unlimited sms?. I have been with sprint for over ten years, I think I got my 6700 early in the tv thing and am perhaps grandfathered in before they had all the tier service, Yea! Plus I really work them over on the phone, he, he... don't know how it happend, but all is good, my sero is at 28.50 a month on two lines, so if I get all the channels it's a real bonus at that price (seeins how I don't have a home internet connection to Sling.)

BTW- anyone know if you can sling with 2 mobile phone evdo connections?

I just want to make sure I dont need any updates or anything. I am getting some channels to work and some dont(i.e. CNN is not working). My question is, if some channels are working, does that mean I dont need any updates, or would the updates fix the other channels?

2) choose edit
3) enter your msl
4) choose menu\restore
5) you'll get confirmation pop-ups and it will soft reset
6) let the vision profile update via IOTA
7) open PIE and make sure you're online

That's it. When the phone boots back up it should update your vision profile via IOTA automatically, then open an app that accesses the internet like PIE. Open Sprint TV and most, but not all the channels should work.
I still have some channels that are not available.

There is a way to do this without your MLS number.

1.) Go to start/settings/personal/phone
2.) Go to the services tab
3.) click the "internet" options
4.) click "get settings"
5.) click start

I get the 40 channels, without using any of the files posted here, When i first ran sprintTV it did an update and had 2 shortcuts. I deleted one of them. Everything still works fine, however when you right click and view your subscriptions, it says that i'm subscribed to sprint tv xtra for 9.99 a month, and gives me the option to unsubscribe. When i click unsubscribe it doesn't let me... ? Anyone else notice the same?- or is the cab file still something that'd help me out?

It seems like it prompted me for an update when it first initiated the feature/ then I noticed TWO shortcuts for Sprint TV in my program files after my first use. Then I tried deleting one of the shortcuts through file explorer, Big mistake! because both shortcuts and program ended up dead. (I think I messed up here- maybe deleted the whole thing)

I thought I'de be safe, thinking I could just hard reset if anything went bad- this was not the case.

I didn't have a backup in there yet because someone was saying SPB backup didn't work on touch, and I hadn't even gotten that far yet, (having the phone only a couple hours in my hand)

Now It doesn't load up all the way. I did try to reload the cab file from the main windows directory, to no avail. (It semi-loads up, dials, and then- pow! no tv menu options (just blank)

I took it back to the store, the guy there was giving me a hard time for tweeking with it, but couldn't fix it. (he then said to box it up, and he'll give me a new touch

Anyone else got two shortcuts in the program menu? Has anyone hard reset and lost the tv function?

I'll research this helpful thread and see if I can get it to go, before I have to take it back. Thanks for the info, cab and all!

Yes, I did a hard reset Sunday when I was thinking about returning the phone to Sprint. I decided to keep it afterall, but the Sprint TV doesn't work. (It did when I first got it). I called tech support this morning who said they were emailing me the file I need and they are going to call me at 6 tonight too to make sure I got it going ok. I haven't received the email yet. Is there someway short of having it done thru active sync? My cable is at home.

As posted here keep a copy of a working cache file stashed on the card. This allows you to copy and paste if it misfires/burps and hiccups.
