I did this and it worked great. The only thing is that I can't select pictures from my storage card to be the background on my today screen. Can anyone help me with this?

I been noticing how my Touch battery has been draining too much and too often. I don't use BT and I usually have everything closed.

Is there a hack/mod for the Verizon Touch that increases reception/transmission quality on the voice side?

I have a question. I noticed that mp3's that I had been fine on my Q as ring tones sound terrible on my Touch. Is there anything that can be done about this?

What kind of speaker did your Q have? There was some discussion here about a heavy duty replacement speaker for Touch by a Ppc geek screen named Bonabob. (Try advanced search, thread was something like speaker blown again.)
