to thisey all, just put HCC on my touch, I notice in the first page blaqdymun notes she changed the transparency level, where is that setting, or is it a reg hack?

basically my goal is to get my background image to show up without so much fade (the picture is almost unrecognizable)

I played with downloads and got the transparent background setting, however my actually background image is faded beyond belief, is there a reg tweak for this?

put the image on your phone and click onthe image through file explorer than tap and hold to get the menu and than choose as background and coose the transperancy and that will do it for you.

You can also open the program "pics and videos" and choose a picture for a background that way. it also give you the option of fade level.

Are you talking about the one that is on the top of the HTC Home plugin? That's a part of the plugin. if you press the Quick Launch tab you'll see that the date disappears and it says "Launcher". There's no way that i know of to move that.

I am at work right now, but I will post a couple pics later tonight to try and show you what I am talking about. It may be the HTC home plugin, but I am very new to this stuff and names of it. Thanks for responding though.
