i use infranview.... but these on here are themes and not wallpapers for like 99.9% of them.

well after weeks of playing around i finally found what i want .. its a mix of almost everything .. this took about 2-3 weeks to complete .. there is still more i want to do but havent gotten there yet ..

im using wisbar 2 and wisebar advance desktop - also i have phone alarm and mareware weather panel . the 1st screenshot is a mix with my own dock with some of torxs iphone icons .. next screen shot is weather panel with a custom theme with animated icons and changing backgrounds depening on the time of day ... next shot is phone alarm with the diamond theme .. also in the pic is a counted for new sms and new emails on my gmail .. the last screen shot is a settings page thats the last page im working on.. im thinkin about changing up a little bit i need ideas.. anyone wana help

the 5 icons on the dock are to switch pages .. programs - weather - phone - settings and contacts... i kno im missing some things its hard doin all this

I would first make sure you have "show pictures" checked in your internet settings. Or if you have a internet security program, make sure it is allowing pictures to be shown. These are just a couple of things off the top of my head.
