Latest i changed to 6.5 i love it =) am currently using s2u2 since i had problems with the lock on 6.5 but still i love the slide to answer and ignore xd

there is a running tasks screen built in to manage and close tasks (if you mean like daily tasks,then yes. there is an applet for that too for the main screen)

the dialer is a built in applet but really works

no ring delay from my experience

not sure about the weather being time changeable i haven't messed with it much
