Well, I thought I was immune to this stuff, but apparently not. My messaging totally stopped working today (it wouldn't even open).

Looking for the problem, I noticed some odd looking stuff on my storage card, such as a folder called \D+ that I can't get rid of, and my email folder was empty. I deleted the email folder and things started working again.

Note: I can't delete the D+ folder - it's some sort of corruption...

I think if you would have softreset, your memory card would have gone back to normal. Ive had that happen several times, and once I notice it I immediately reset and all is fine

Believe me - I soft reset many times

I tried Pocket Mechanic, and it could fix everything except 1 "broken chain". I ended up having to re-format the card, and now it's OK.
