yeah I know, the sd card is in, im booting the file off it. What would make my sd not work with android?

Can you put the card in an adapter/card reader and reformat the card with your pc/laptop? Format it fat32.
Then put the android files back on it and give it a try.

unfortuntely I dont have an adaptor, Is there any other way to do it?

Can I format it while its in a phone

When you install the cab are you installing to the card or the device

You say you are booting the file from the card, that cab when loaded to the device should create a shortcut in your start menu to start it with. I can also tell you that it will only work with the build that it comes with and I don't think the author of the cab supports it still his site has been down for some time now. Also the build is old and out dated but is fun to play with!

A strong magnet will wipe everything from the card, it shouldn't damage the card but I make no gauranties. Then you can insert it back into the phone and if everything is wiped it will ask if you want to format it. I did this on a 512mb card that would not read anymore and the wife said hey try a magnet see if that does anything. Now she has a 512mb card in her Touch.
