Any Guesses on Initial EBay Prices for Sprint Touch?

I plan on selling my Mogul on EBay and getting the Touch on EBay. My Mogul was $299 with a 2-year SERO plan that I signed up for two months ago. The Mogul is way too heavy and I don't like the slide-out keyboard.

I suppose I could buy it retail from Sprint.

Any thoughts on how/where I should buy the Touch? Think Sprint will let me trade it in?

don't think Sprint has a trade in program, and even if they did you would totally get ripped, but here's what I would do:

1. Avoid buying expensive phones on ebay at all costs
2. Buy a few accessories and "dress up" the mogul
3. Sell my used mogul and accessories for $250 or less (if I expect to get any buyers)
4. Use that money to buy one from Best Buy who I think are selling the the Touch FOR CURRENT Sprint customers at $279, which is a darn good deal if that's the case.

who knows, you may wait a few weeks or a couple months and checkout the garage sale sections of ppcgeeks and other ppc websites and might find someone who wants a mogul for their touch

Where did you hear about that deal thru Best Buy?

It will probably only apply to "qualified customers". And I think it means those who have a rebate status of two years. Sorry, didn't mean to mislead you. Check out the attached ad, I could be wrong.


but, like I said you can look for someone who might not like the touch and will want to trade it for a mogul. I think that's your best bet. Otherwise, take your chances with Ebay, but you will not find anything less than the full price for an unlocked version which I would be hard pressed to find anything less than $500.

this add said the touch has wifi and it is going for 649 and i think the add is worng this prices are way way off
