don't think Sprint has a trade in program, and even if they did you would totally get ripped, but here's what I would do:
1. Avoid buying expensive phones on ebay at all costs
2. Buy a few accessories and "dress up" the mogul
3. Sell my used mogul and accessories for $250 or less (if I expect to get any buyers)
4. Use that money to buy one from Best Buy who I think are selling the the Touch FOR CURRENT Sprint customers at $279, which is a darn good deal if that's the case.
who knows, you may wait a few weeks or a couple months and checkout the garage sale sections of ppcgeeks and other ppc websites and might find someone who wants a mogul for their touch
