Left Channel Sound Not working

Use a magnifying glass and look at those pins closely to see if any are bent or broken. Also you could have something down in there that is bridging the gap between the left and right pins causing a short. Use the diagram to check the pin that matches the channel of audio that is not working. I think you can get and replace those connectors but I've never done one so I'm not sure how hard it is.

The pin(s) seem fine.. no contact with each other, none broken

I'll double check to make sure its the connector
