Re: *Updated: October 12th* NFSFAN's Custom WM6.5 ROMs

Here's a story just flashed my friends rom to 6.1 for the first time, then unlocked it, and then flashed your ROM all to his phone. He was still using the oldest "stock" version of this phone and now he has like the current $**t all of a sudden. Funny thing is he still doesn't really have an idea of how much better PPCG has made his phone. Thank you NFSFAN for still tinkering with the vogue.

I set up my Google Sync by following these instructions:
http://www.google.com/support/mobile...36&topic=14299

For the Manila Weather: Uninstall the cdma fix and soft reset. Manila should load now and allow you to set up your weather on the weather tab and update it; then install the cdma fix to get it to the home tab.

Hope this helps!

For the weather to show up on the Manila2D homescreen
you have to install the CDMA Home Weather Fix.cab
found in the attachments at the end of this post. However, make
sure that you
ONLY install the cab after you setup the city in the
weather tab of M2D, or else M2D will not launch.

Re: *Updated: October 12th* NFSFAN's Custom WM6.5 ROMs

I flashed the rom last week and everything has been working great, today I went to set up my Bluetooth headset and config voice command. I could not find the menu choice to set voice tags to contacts. I also have reverted to a different dialer screen from the color one that had installed when I flashed. I have not been able to get the color screen back. Don't know if it is related to the voice dial attempt or not. ANy suggestion?

Sorry, figured it out, I had downloaded and ran the cab file for the cdma dialer. When I did a soft reset it then finished the install of the diamond dialer. I preferred the stock WMO dialer so uninstalling the CDMA one put me back where I wanted to be.

Still don't have, how to add voice tags to contacts figured out yet.

ROM is AWESOME!!!!

Re: *Updated: October 12th* NFSFAN's Custom WM6.5 ROMs

hey guys, I have a quick question about this rom. I updated my phone to the newest 6.5 (10-12 ver -- btw awesome ROM!). My only problem right now is that active sync doesn't detect the phone. This happened with my touch diamond as well when I updated to WM6.5. The file sharing/internet sharing still work just fine so the computer is picking it up...its just when I choose activesync, the phone and comp just won't connect. When I flash back to 6.1 activesync works again. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks in advance!
