it hangs after the animation, i left it for a LONG time and didn't do anything, then i reflashed with your previous ROM and it p***** the boot screen a lot faster, maybe i'll try to flash it again.

Does anyone know the changes in the new 23001 sys/xip? It's a significant jump from 21805, leading me to believe there are major changes.

after the animation if the led comes on you should be able to hit the power button and it will turn the screen off, if it does that then it is just a waiting game. I don't know why it takes so long on initial boot. if someone knows why and can tell me how to fix it so it doesn't take so long I would appreciate it. and I don't want to troubleshoot my files and upload another ROM until other people have the same problem. (it takes a long time to upload from where I am)

Nothing, the animation comes on, but the LED doesn't, if i push the power button, nothing happens and it's been sitting there for 3 mins 20 seconds

ok I will see how long it takes me to upload another ROM. I will try to get it up ASAP.
