Re: Vogue 21234 Rom avaliable

I liked the interface of the new ROM, but Memory-Map pocket navigator would not load. The icon was listed in programs, but when I clicked on it nothing happened.

I haven't tried the GPS since I want to use it with Pocket Navigator.

Any advice? Thanks

Re: Vogue 21234 Rom avaliable

Afternoon all,

There was some chatter early in this thread about the internal RGU error msg that comes up within the BuildOS process but was wondering if anyone was able to track this down and resolve it. The exact error msg is:

Internal Error - RGU entry already exists

I know it doesnt bother the process, just more of an annoying msg and I cannot let the build go without waiting for it to come up.

Thanks,
Steve

Re: Vogue 21234 Rom avaliable

Evening all,

Has anyone had trouble with editing the registry. I was trying to modify a registry entry, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Power\Timeouts and the key of ACSuspendTimeout. I am getting access denied. I thought all aspects of the registry were editable?

Re: Vogue 21234 Rom avaliable

I need calarification when GPS is used is it aGPS that uses cell towers or GPS that uses satellites? There seems to be some confusion, at least in my mind.

Another question, the GPS radio in VX6900 will it receive satellite signals for GPS coordinate locations?

Re: Vogue 21234 Rom avaliable

OK guys I have two problems. 1. I can't get gps on. Do I need to install vahalla fix, NFSFANS gps fix or DCD'S fix. 2. I tried to do a backup and ran into an error. It says cannot read Windows/OEM/MFC80U.dll or msvcr80.dll. Any suggestions? Thx

Have anyone had problems doing a backup? Sprite and spb backup cannot read Windows/OEM/MFC80U.dll or msvcr80.dll.
