I think your right, it isnt as sensitive, I believe the registry has changed cause I do have the cab installing in AutoRun....so if you can find the registry and what it should be changed to i will have it done

When it comes to 6.5 your sensitivity cab doesn't seem to help, it might even make it worse. I tried it on NFSFAN's rom V10 and there was a lag in response then I tried it again without the cab and it was better but not great.
