I'm posting this here because i'm having the same problem in 21018:

The biggest problem i'm having with your releases (love them btw, so thank you!) is the scrolling on some apps. Over all, the scrolling is AMAZING butt..

open up an email and try to scroll without using the scrollbar (with touch)...nothing happens...can this be fixed?

Are you using TF3 or just the native scrolling in the newer windows builds?

Native scrolling. I made a VERY clean ROM (since I prefer to install cabs). After creating the ROM and before installing any cabs, I set up my email and tried the scrolling. Instead of scrolling, it just selects the text. I even tried other apps (palringo) and it does not scroll the contacts list (before flashing, it scrolled just fine).

Like I said, the listboxes scroll just fine (Settings, Programs, etc.) but actual apps that need to be scrolled do not. IE however, scrolls fine.
