You are right about the new release being faster. The phone feels much snappier on the new ROM. Even moreso after I turned off the "click" sound for every button press.

There is no cube in this rom. Only in the Very first one. It was removed in the 2nd rom. Sorry, but I don't really plan on making individual roms for people and uploading.

Nice rom, however I'm having problems. Sometimes when I click on an app it says the link or shortcut is missing. I reset the phone and it just hangs at the HTC boot screen. I do a hard reset and all is fine, links work for sometime and then I reboot the phone, it just hangs. Maybe I did something wrong??

What carrier? And what apps? Did you battery out and hard reset after flashing? Try reflashing.

For some reason when I take a picture and then touch the magnifying glass to view it, I get an error of "Unable to open this type of JPG file." Does anyone know how to solve this?


Also, I don't see a "Clear Storage" function from the Start\Setting\System menu so that I can do a hard reset. Is there another way to do that?
