I just loaded the new rom and everything seems to be working flawlessly. Another great job Dette!!

Loving the rom, but I cannot get Touchpal to install. Like another user posted earlier, it installs but then never shows up in the list of SIPs after soft-reset. Anyone have any idea why this happens? I'm installing to the device, if that helps at all.

I am glad you guys like the new ROM.. Not a big update but still makes stuff work and adds some nice features

umm ok TouchPal.. I will look for the registry key that makes it show up in the SIP list when I get home

i'm on VzW and just asking if 911 works. since i needed and couldn't when i needed to ... i'm a little paranoid about not having it. Never needed to use 911 in 10 years ... but needed while using a GSM dialer and was stuck.

The Rom looks great though.

I am really really really impressed with this ROM. I just flashed to it and its awesome. Things just work which is not the norm with these ROMs recently. I have tried all the M2D ROMs since they came out and all have a thing or two that just don't work. I did notice that the photo tab doesn't display pics but the album link works so not a big deal. I also haven't read the entire thread.

I'm a heavy user of voice and data so I'll know better tomorrow but so far this ROM gets two big thumbs up from me. Thanks man!!!

Thanks The only issue you pointed out about the photo tab is an easy fix.. Just open up Album and Click "Albums" which is the left softkey and choose "All" and then all your photos will show up and when you exit Album they will all be on the photo tab!

trying out 2.3. My bluetooth works now! Email works as before, havnt tried GPS/youtube/internet


edit, everything seems to be working. thanks for the hard work dette, do you happen to know how i can change back to the v1 dialer. I perfered that one?

Dette, 2.3 is running smoother than 2.2 ever did. Great work. I think I have finally found a ROM to call home for a while.

Also, thank you for being so proactive in replying to the forum. I have tried a few others (namely, NFSFAN) who almost never chime in on their own ROM thread. I appreciate your dedication.

Other likes:
- G-Alarm--why haven't I tried this before? I guess I always thought it was only good for devices with acceleromator for some reason. This app is awesome--totally replaces SPB Time.
- Larger menu--my big-man-thumb syndrome is relieved.
- other stuff

Dislikes:
- ThumbCal--This isn't your fault, Dette. It runs too slow and freezes up. I have tried it on other ROMs with the same results.
