Hey Dette... Sprint TV is not working with this rom...I'm not getting any channels. I was afraid of this since you're using Vetvito's Kitchen. Is there a fix to getting sprint tv to work? I guess I will have to flash back to your 2D v1.0...thanks!

The problem is in the ROM's XIP.. Since it thinks its a P3050 not a VOGU100 Sprint TV wont connect.. Someone found a fix so I will release a 2.1 update very quickly with it fixed

When they post the fix I will rebuild the ROM right away! Shouldnt be more then a day or so at the most im hoping.. Depends how fast they post the fix

with your first v1.0 i cant get the bluetooth to accept a connection from my old phone. Currently using a sprint touch, trying to sync up to a sanyo m1. Never had a problem with the sprint rom, or omj's rom. My imap mail wouldnt send, however that was a issue with wm 6.1 it seems, i deleted my account from the phone and redid it, and that got it working. I guess ill try the 2.0 and try resyncing my contacts

OK as corny as it sounds I flashed to another ROM I know you're thanking why would he do that...LOL, anyway your screen with the skull on is still my boot screen which I have no complaints because I'm flashing back after I play with this one any way's I was wondering why this happens because I have never had this happen and I have tried every ROM available...

Everything working great with the new version. Definitely faster and much more responsive than the previous one. I finally have working weather and email, which was a problem for a lot of other ROMS. Plus the "people" bug is a big fix for me, Thanks! I also like how it isn't as resource intensive as the previous version. This is a big and great update.

Even though this version is better the previous one there are some issues that are annoying.

I'll list what I've had problems with(not criticizing, just pointing out bugs and issues that I've encountered.)

Things I've had problems(some small, others big) with:

1. The internet login screen comes up all the time. It'll ask me for a user name and password. Tough all I have to do is press "OK", it is kind of annoying when it comes up whenever the devices uses data or whenever I turn the device on or soft reset it.(Again, a minor annoyance.)

2. The device locks up frequently. What I mean is, whenever I'm using the internet on Opera mobile the browser will freeze up, freezing the system as well, usually stays that way for a couple of seconds.

3. There is a big issue(for me at least), with the device back light turning on. Whenever the back light turns off and I press the power button to turn it on, nothing is visible but the top notification bar. The start menu will open and launch different stuff, but that is it, nothing else, not even close option works.

4. Relating to the previous issue, there is also a problem with the device back light not turning on at all, so when I try to "wake up" there no response at all. I have had this issue twice(happening as I type this), only way I can get it to work again is to soft reset the device.

If it helps, I am using the latest version of S2U2(maybe thats causing the lockup problems?)

EDIT: I don't know if you want to bother with this, but, is it possible to have the date on Home screen to be MM/DD/YYYY format instead of DD/MM/YYYY?
I know its not a big deal, but I do get confused in the earlier months.

anyone have a problem with active sync not syncing ...?? i can connect but then it gives me and error and leaves me signed in as guest .

All you need to do it change your regional setting in the Settings. By default, Vet's ROM is set to Austraila, I believe. As an alternative, you can also change the format all together by adding a registry setting."HKLM/nls/Overrides/" String Value name "SSDte" to value "MMM d, yyyy". This shows up as Oct 25, 2008. Of course, you can format yours however you like. Perform a soft reset after the change has been made.
