Re: UPDATED 10-21-08 Manilla 2D Alltel 6.1

Does anyone know/is it possible to change the way which my screen rotates horozontally? I like to use it in a landscape mode when I text, and I've set it up for the click & hold on the camera button to rotate the screen, but I don't know how to make it rotate the other way than it already is...

Thanks

Re: UPDATED 10-21-08 Manilla 2D Alltel 6.1

Well yesterday my phone totally locked up after a soft reset it would make it to the HTC animation screen and it would repeat the animation twice then lock up. So I did a hard reset and still the same thing! I was getting pretty worried. So I tried to flash a different ROM and It said error. Finally I put it in bootloader and it took the flash and seems ok now?? Weird Huh?

Also Data is still working fine as long as im connected to ActiveSync.

Install Advanced Configuration Tool from Shaps. Expand the Screen tree and set 90(default) or 270.

Re: UPDATED 10-21-08 Manilla 2D Alltel 6.1

Yep Its still hybred............ I have searched and searched.. checked every setting I can find, not to say I am not missing something simple but I cannot find it..

I really have spent a TON of time trying to fix this, I know the rules "My phone My problem" but some support would be great. I will go warranty or insure out this phone if I have to, NO PROBLEM!!! But it would be great to find a fix for this incase someone else runs into it....

As always Thanks a ton!!!!!!

I have not got my new phone yet and in the meantime I have tried both stock alltel roms, the 10/21 conflipper and 2.4 and 2.3 Dette roms. I don't know what else to try and can't seem to find anyone who does... I also can't get my gps to work now on Dette's roms so it is good I was able to XBM my phone.
