I am working on the startup sound has week speak, It happens where the startup sound works on the first bootup, but that is it.

I am not sure why i am testing it now. Also if it would be any interest to anyone, I am uploading some cabs to my ftp folder. Also the stock 6.1 update, without the radio, so if you want bell radio, and offical alltel update, now you can.

I dont know what an ftp folder is. its kinda weird on one of my flashs the startup sound worked on every soft reset then I flashed again and it wont work except on the first start up after flash

Yeah I have been trying different things. try this link for FTP. it is for file transfers. At the top of the page in the navigation bars there is one called qlinks, it drops down and then you have FTP uploads/downloads. and then you just navigate to what you want to.

I might have a beta based off the latest alltel later on tonight. It will have the new MMS/SMS and I can confirm it is working. size limit for sending them is 95mb. I will work on it a few more hours. It will be beta though. Nothing to major

Hey Con, run this theme cab and see if start up sound starts working. it might help you figure out whats going on with it

after a HR is all you have to do is shadows reg edits for gps fix to work again?

Yeah after a hard reset, i just do a new flash, and then before i do anything else i plug my phone in, i do the shadow tech AGPS trick and it works great. from there i set everything up the way i like it.


I got sound to work now. So it should be good.

ya but after just a hard reset (not flash) I can just run the Alltel .cab and be fine, right? no need to go through the ##3424 stuff,right? cause I just tried to connect and it took like 10 min to find 4 sats.

what was sound issue?
