No it will not work with Skype..

Skype Does not work with any WM6.1 ROM's it is a problem with the skype Software which can be read about on the Skype Forums.

Where can I find it... I upgraded to 3.42.30 and running NFSFan latest rom (1.10), but getting some bugs and missing calls... I don't think NFSFan is coming back any time soon to fix this...

3.37.10 is the original Altel Radio.. you can find it here

as for the Cube,, Im Using Touchflo Ver3 which doesnt work well with the cube, Maybe when this version is final and the bugs are all worked out then Ill release the same thing with Touchflo Ver2 and the Cube.. but for now there will be no cube release. Personally I dont use it, It uses up more resourses and the only thing useful I think on the Cube is the Contacts which I have fixed on the HTCHome Screen.

One question though.. How does touch flo 3 differ from flo 2...?
I ask because NFSFan has flo 3 working with the cube Added TouchFlo 3 with Cube fully functional ( 1.08 ), and I don't know what it really does.. Works just like it always did..

Just newer set of drivers.. Im testing a version with the Cube right now.. and may release this as well.. not sure yet.

Advanced Config Tool and PIM Backup are in the ROM and ill see what I can do about the quickmenu. Im not really Sure how you can have SiriusWM5 use another player rather then using WMP.

I guess it wouldnt hurt using the ROM for your Sprint Touch.. only thing is that the Music Store and a few other things are customized for Bell Mobility.. and if you do deside to load it to your Sprint Touch.. DO NOT RUN THE PPST. Refer to the Discription on the First Page.
