Did you install it with the UC or after the ROM was installed?

All programs were installed after the ROM was installed. I don't use UC.

Thanks.

Hey RLMCS,

do you use Google Maps? If so, when you start it and select Use GPS, do you get the blue dot that approximates your location?

Yes.. make sure that the location settings is ON under your Phone settings. If it is OFF then Select ON and soft reset. then load google maps and select Use GPS. Works fine for me.. the Blue dot will show up when it finds the SAT

Here's the thing though. Please bear with me.
While you were fixing the remove programs bug, I flashed Mustan-tech's V3 ROM and immediately installed Resco and did the necessary registry edits to the SUPL AGPS (gpsmode to 4). Then installed google maps and launched it. It centered me in San Fran as default. Now I select Use GPS and got the Seeking GPS Satellites (0) message. About 15 seconds later, it centered me to the closest cell tower (I can see it from my office window). The thing is that it still says Seeking GPS Satellites (0)... I didn't go all the way to get a GPS lock because it takes about 10 minutes from inside my office.

Previously when I was using the Alltel radio (3.37.10) with Mustan's rom, it would choose a cell tower that was about 1-2km from my office. I just flashed 3.41.00 (Telus) today and it found the cell tower that was closer as I mentioned above.

I find that all of the newer ROMS that I've tried, yours, Ghetto's, and NFSFans upon following the test procedure above, do not find the closest cell tower. In fact, it will stay in default city of San Fran (with no blue dot) until I get a GPS lock... I don't know what it is maybe the newer gps drivers or something but I just wanted to know if you were getting the same thing.

I'll try this test again with your v101
