I think most people would say im the resident Mac guy, well either me or Bedoig. lol. Honestly if your friend will let you use his HP to download it i would say just ask him if you can use it to do the update. I cant remember how long it takes but i would guesstimate under 20 Minutes. and you will be good to go. If he doesnt have ActivSync on his computer yet you will need a copy of that as well. Unless its a a Vista box, then you will need Mobile Device Center. Oh, and im not sure how old/new your Mac is but if it has blue tooth thats the way i transfer my files back and forth. Haven't had time to look. Hurricane Ike came thru and I had to power down, and the ROM is kinda low on my list right now. It id newer than the other release, but I don't know any more than that.

Yeah. Others didn't do so well. I did unpackage it last night and did some poking around. I haven't had time to really look for what's changed.
