I ran IOTA, and there's still no response from the TeleNav icon. Do you think it would be worth re-installing the ROM?

In just about every case like yours, a hard-reset typically resolves the issue. Generally, what happens is that the customizations don't properly complete. Now, I haven't closely followed the issue you are reporting, but I can say that the sprint navigation application is included as a cab that is installed as part of the customization process. So, I suspect that if your navigation icon is not launching the application, then the application wasn't properly or completely installed.

I recommend a hard-reset (the stock .4 ROM) and ensure that the customizations run; presuming you ARE a sprint subscriber.

i had the same problem, i did the start, settings, .........get settings and it keeps on telling me error code 1012 could not prepare vision service. Please try again later. i did 2 hard resets and nothing, same thing. should i redo it? everything works fine but the internet issue im having

Ok by using this radio and NSFANS bell rom, I have got it to start polling, but no locks, and it seems AGPS is not working, it's putting me out in the ocean.

nevermind, got it to work. guess the sever was done or sumthing, it was 2am when i was trying it was trying to update and i just tried it right now and it works....cool

Boggsie is right, a hard reset is needed. I did 2 of them right after the install, that is what everyone learned from the last leaked rom.

I like the windows live better than the telenav. The arieal view is cool, you can see trees, grass, buildings, the whole bit. jmo

no i always have my roms prefect but i get an itch to switch its like a have to have drug its a problem lmao. i love to explore and its the little things alittle faster internet a faster gps lock a new look. idk it make me feel like i got a new phone and i can show off. if your happy do not change unless your addicted to exploring new little stuff on ppc phones. good luck

the thing you have to understand about the windows live is that the aerial photo it's using could be a year old and that area you're traveling may not look like the photo is showing. so it's a little misleading at times. so don't rely on the picture it's showing you to see where you are.
