I spent some time working on this last week and think I found the answer (at least it worked for me). It seems all the themes are designed to modify the original skin. I copied the HTCHomeSettings.xml file from Havoc's Teal Manilla theme and that gave me the analog clock, but it still has the white boxes from OMJ's digital clock off to the right hand side. I might hack the XML about when I've got some time, but if someone's got a genuine original HTCHomeSettings.xml it would be appreciated.

I think it depends on where you are saving the picture.

a 3.09 rom if you dont plan on using M2D, you might want to flash a non-M2D rom just to save space

I will make a cab that has all the original files......or you can wait to flash the new rom I'm working on that has the original blue theme w/ analog clock.

yeah, with manilla installed, i've only ever been able to change my s2u2 clock

here ya go, analog clock w/ the blue theme.....disable touchFLO 1st, then unzip the files to \windows, reboot, then re-enable TouchFLO

hmm, it sounds like a good idea, but TouchFLO is the actual plugin, so I doubt there would be the possibility of adding a plugin to a widget, but ya never know, we'll just have to keep our eye on the development of m2d.

now if you wanted to simply launch an app, I think that could be done easily...ie, youtube...here it the registry settings for it on the internet widget:
