Yeah, you can run it on Telus. But download the sprint epst and ppst from my folder. You need to install the epst, then the ppst cabs. Then, run the ppst.exe from the windows folder. After the reset, run ##786, then select menu>reset. After that, provision your phone via *22803 option 1, then *22803 option 2. I am Telus as well, so I can verify that these are the steps

Sorry I do not understand, I see only Sprint PPST in your ftp folder,
is is the same as one needs for Bell (I've read somewhere around that it is dangerous to run other PPST's)..

also for bell, does one need to perform these steps (##786, then select menu>reset. After that, provision your phone via *22803 option 1, then *22803 option 2) and if yes what does it mean run "##786"

read the gps help thread in the sitickies. I know you need to do this for Telus, Bell, from what I understand, can just update the PRi and be alright. But read the thread first

Try www.mobilespeedtest.com/ or www.dslreports.com/mspeed (only for download speed ..)

For a real test, you should tether with your PC

Hey guys, have a problem with the internet on my phone. I upgraded from a stock bell rom, to the new sprint ROM. Rev A worked good, gps would find sat's but would not lock on.

after playing around, and loading this rom onto the phone, there was no change. I don't know what I did, but I somehow lost internet, (I think it had something to do with accidentally letting the sprint customization run late the other night) and now cannot connect at all.

I have tried going back to the sprint rom, no interent. upgraded to various other ROM's but still no internet.

here are the details of what is on the phone right now.

Ghetto's current rom from this post,

CE OS 5.2.19208 build 19202.1.0.1
Software version: 3.03651.2
Firmware Version: 3.42.30
PRL: 05075
PRI: 2.04_003

This is on the Bell Network, and am quite desperate to get my internet back on my phone, as I will need it this weekend...

Hey, looks like downgrading the PRI to the 1.33 version did the trick... could it have been the springt customizations that changed it?
