^Nah, the photos are too big, and everytime I edit them they screw up. I think it just a youtube crawler, and it launches the full screen player to view the vids.

I have an idea about editing the photos that I will try later on. I think instead of editing the entire .png photo we should edit the photos inside of the .png and make them smaller while leaving the canvas the same size. I hope someone understands that

Any mirrors with the test rom? Rapidshare keeps crappin out on me and won't let me download it at all. Also to those who may be running it already, any thoughts?

Replaced OEM Drivers -Now, Storage Card doesnt show, Diamond doesnt have expansion(will fix before posting)

Removed NAND formating

Fixing other stuff

Hey Vet - I'm really enjoying 3.2.1 Schwartz clean,... Been running it for two days and Love it!

-Snappy / Speedy
-Great Fonts
-Reliable Dialpad, with great look and feel
-Had to load the Arcsoft CAB to get Verizon text and MMS working.
-I had to CAB in the Diamond keyboards - for some reason the symbols would overlay in the ROM version.
-Sipchange to get the keyboards to stick.
-Installed WA3 and WAD to theme out with Torx iPhone.
-Opera didn't seem to want to work,... so I'll probably just PIEPlus IE for now.
-Didn't grab the organizer (it would need to be customizable for me to like it).
-GPS is working great - it locks on a cold start in 20 seconds.

The only problems I have encountered is when I'm really doing something that I probably shouldn't (like clicking on the = task manager and terminating apps) I'll sometimes get the shell.exe restarting message,... at which point it may soft reset itself - or I may have to do it. As I said, it's rare - and I can almost tell when I'm going to do it by removing programs or terminating programs (while AS is running is really risky

Thats odd on the reset issue, I highly doubt it will happen in this build.

This should get you started, be aware there is no point and click method for our devices. Its all command line, and working on the binary level.

The downloadable pdf file is helpful, but I get to a point where I just sorta think that ... something is missing. It dosen't spoon-feed the detail the way that I apparently need it.
