same here my friend that is what i am needing help with but i do think we ought not hijack his thread. if we could get a newbie tutorial to porting the xip over. i believe i have got the porting of the sys folder but the xip is killing me. but back on topic great job with the speedy porting of the new diamond rom.

I don't believe that Vet has posted his build for the Touch / Vogue, yet.

Which Tut?

I know those Sys porting tuts are fairly wrong. Change everything except the obvious such as DPI settings, Lang(If different), IRDA etc.. Then work your way backwards to see what works and what doesn't.

Sys porting is easssssy.

The OEM folder is what we are really after, loads of new stuff in there.

Hi Vet, could you please make you test ROM "chef friendly"? meaning I can decompile it and get the sys folder to import.

i flashed the 3.2.1 exe directly over the kitchen rom i had installed... and for some reason it went thru and isee all the startup images, but after schawrwald mobile it just goes to a black screen with my signal led blinking, and it wont respnd if i hit the power button

did i do something wrong?
