Extract the zip to your desktop, then run ROMUpdateUtility.exe located inside the folder.

If I downgrade the radio from 3.37 to 3.35, does that essentially hard reset my phone again? Because I have spent the last several days installing everything the way I want it to be and would rather not have to repeat that again.

Are you guys getting better results with the 3.35 than the 3.37 radio?

I wish there was an easy way to get rid of the left soft-key "Action" menu. It's not very useful to me. I'd rather just pull up the calendar directly. 90% of the things on that menu can be done directly from the homepage anyways... for me... like clicking on upcoming appointments, or clicking on contacts to send SMS etc...

I looked in my registry, where I used to have something under /shell/keys for 112, and 113, so I could change the softkeys, but I don't see those in this ROM. I couldn't remember what to add exactly...

In my opinion, Thumbcal should be assigned to the left softkey I just wish I could make it come up when I click upcoming appointments, but I think that would require a today plugin, that thumbcal doesn't have yet...

OK...first of all...the rom looks AWESOME so far.

Now...I'm really having some trouble with the GPS. I've read the tutorial over and over...step 1 says "you must be using JDs newest rom..." I'm running the newest rom (v2.1) from here so I assume that isn't accurate anymore since it includes GPS? I think I've read and re-read so much that I'm confusing myself now. Thanks for all the help.

1) Download Sprint PPST cab and install it onto your device. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...&postcount=139

2) Go to Windows dictionary and find ppst.exe. Run it once. Then start google maps and select "use gps". You should get a lock in few minutes.
